Cerberus Set Up
Setting up Cerberus is a simple task
1. Click on free trial button above and send an email with your url (www.) and contact details
2. One of Knowall's technicians will reply by email with a simple request for you to forward to your domain administrator instructing a MX record update. The email will include your domain administrators details and instructions to forward on. A PO for £0.00 is also needed to start the trial.
3. That is all.
What you have requested is that your email be routed via Cerberus and then on to your mail server for normal mail distribution. Once your domain name has been updated to send email through Cerberus, all your email will be pre-scanned for spam and viruses as soon as your MX records are amended by your domain administrator.
This update to deliver your mail via Cerberus will have no effect on your website.
Your MX records can be instantly changed back to their immediate settings stopping Cerberus. You are in control at all times
Alternatively if you know your domain administrator domain administrator and contact details you can simply fill in the fax template beneath and forward the information.
